Strawberry & Sichuan Pepper

8.30oz (235g) jar.

Ingredients: Strawberries, Cane Sugar, Fruit Pectin, Sichuan Pepper Flavor, Balsamic Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper.

Sugar content: For a 20g table spoon only 6g of sugar or 30%.

This preserve was created to be served with cheeses. It is spicy but not hot. Sichuan Pepper is a citrusy spice and we add a touch of Cayenne pepper to give it a small kick. The balsamic vinegar cuts down on the sweetness of the jam.

Suggestions: cheeses or meat.
